Quizvex ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally (Your Device Only)

• Quiz progress: Unfinished test answers and current position are temporarily stored in localStorage so you can resume. When the test is completed, this progress is deleted.
• Memory-test best span: quizvex:memory-test:best-span:v1 is functional local storage containing only an integer from 3 to 20. It is not uploaded to Quizvex servers and is retained until you clear your browser data.
• Quiz results: Results are calculated and displayed in your browser and are not saved to Quizvex servers.

Analytics Data

• Google Analytics-related storage is enabled only after you give consent.
• When consent is denied, the Google tag may send limited cookieless consent and measurement signals.
• When enabled, Google may process device, browser, page, and network information, including an IP address, to provide analytics. We do not describe this data as completely anonymous.

Cookies

Unfinished quiz progress uses browser local storage, not essential cookies. Optional Google Analytics storage is controlled by your analytics consent choice. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, collect IP addresses, or use other device and browser identifiers to deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads.

Advertising Choices

In regions where consent is required, a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) asks for advertising choices before personalized advertising storage is enabled. You can revisit those choices through the privacy controls shown on the site. Depending on your choice and location, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Data Retention

• localStorage data: Unfinished quiz progress persists until you clear browser data or complete the test, when it is deleted.
• Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics per their data retention policy (default 14 months).
• Advertising data: Retained by Google and advertising partners according to their policies, legal obligations, user settings, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics: For consent-based usage statistics.
• Google AdSense: Used to request, deliver, measure, personalize where permitted, limit frequency, and protect advertising. Google and its advertising partners may receive the page URL, IP address, device/browser information, cookie or advertising identifiers, consent signals, and ad interaction data.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Clear your locally stored quiz data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.
• Opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Use the footer's Privacy settings to change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time and use the advertising privacy controls shown by the certified CMP to review advertising choices.
• Control personalized ads through Google's My Ad Center and use browser/device controls to delete or block cookies.
• Request information about what data we hold (we hold no personal data on our servers).
